Your question: It is my understanding
of the last days that the antichrist will make the world worship
him (Rev 13-15) and those who do not worship him will be killed.
this is the tribulations.Gods true believers will be killed .then
god send the 7 last plagues on the earth(Rev chapter 15). and
when christ comes then the dead in him will rise and be caught
up to him (rev 20-4)(rev 20-6) and the devil shall be freed from
the bottomless pit and be bound to the earth for a 1000 years
and the the wicked shall rise(rev 20-5) please e-mail me with your response God Bless |

My answer: Thanks for the e-mail and questions! From what you have written I can see you are on the right path. I'd like to address some of what you said point by point to lend understanding. You said: It is my understanding of the last days that the antichrist will make the world worship him (Rev 13-15) and those who do not worship him will be killed. this is the tribulations.Gods true believers will be killed .then god send the 7 last plagues on the earth(Rev chapter 15). My response: Although you are right in saying that the antichrist will force the people of the world to worship him (actually not he but his false prophet will force them on his behalf), we can not speculate that all true believers will be killed. Some will be imprisoned or simply plundered of their possessions. (Rev 13:5-10. Daniel 11:32-33) In regards to the 7 last plagues your right on. You said: and when christ comes then the dead in him will rise and be caught up to him (rev 20-4)(rev 20-6) My response: Praise God almighty - that is what the gospel of Jesus Christ is all about! You said: and the devil shall be freed from the bottomless pit and be bound to the earth for a 1000 years and the the wicked shall rise(rev 20-5) and satan deceiveth then and hell fire will be sent to burn the wicked up (rev20 7-11) My response: The Word specifies that the devil will be bound and imprisoned for 1000 years in the Abyss upon the return of the LORD. This will be done to prevent his deceiving of the nations until the end of the thousand years. After the thousand years Satan will be released and will deceive the nations into attacking the Holy City. God rains fire from heaven upon them and they are utterly destroyed. The resurrection and judgment of the wicked follows this and they join Satan in the lake of fire. You said: and i would like to know what your thoughts of the sabbath are? My response: I agree with the LORD of the Sabbath in his attacks against the Pharisee's legalistic approach to the Sabbath, "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the sabbath.(Mark 2:23-27)" It is a time of rest and prayerful meditation upon the holiness of God. Jesus practiced the Sabbath on Saturday just as the Jews today, that's good enough for me. You said: The labor pains i Believe are that the tribulations will come slow and become more rapid like contractions and pains when a women is in labor and as labor will end My response: The tribulation (both Jesus and Daniel used the term "desolation") is not a time in which God inflicts His wrath (anger) against the world, although He will pour out judgments (curses). His wrath during the desolation will be against Israel via her world-wide enemies for her rebellion against the Holy Covenant (Isaiah 3:1-4:1, 5:24-30). True believers will be persecuted at this time as well. The time preceding the desolation will indeed come on as ever increasing contractions, as we are seeing now. The "birth pains" is a period of time that sets the stage for the rebellion and subsequent desolation to begin. It is the time when Satan aligns his forces to take Mount Zion and establish himself as if he were the Most High God. The establishment of Satan's son, the antichrist on the throne in the temple will begin the war in heaven. Naturally Satan loses and is cast down to earth where he seeks to destroy all who oppose his kingdom, the faithful Jews and true believers. (Rev. 12:7-13:1) My friend, an excellent e-mail! I wish more of the saints could express the understanding you have shown. I look forward to future correspondence with you. In Jesus, Randy |
