Your question: Ezekiel never said Russia would invade Israel. The chief prince of Meshech and Tubal does lead the foray. However he is a distinguished American ( Czarina Marie Romanov survived and had a son) who soon will be president....and will lead this distraught nation from the ashes to the flames. Will you be bar-b-queing on the Fourth? |

My answer: Hi, You said: Ezekiel never said Russia would invade Israel. My response: Yes he did, but not by the name Russia, but rather by the ancestoral tribal names of Meshech and Tubal. You said: The chief prince of Meshech and Tubal does lead the foray. My response: Correct. You said: However he is a distinguished American ( Czarina Marie Romanov survived and had a son) who soon will be president....and will lead this distraught nation from the ashes to the flames. My response: First, I can not agree or disagree that the Romanov prodigy you mentioned is actually the antichrist (Please send me more info on this), that is assuming you are implying he is the antichrist. The scriptures say that the antichrist will be revealed when "he" who holds him back is taken out of the way (2 Thessalonians 2:5-9). This will happen when Israel rebels against the covenant and the antichrist sets up the abomination that causes desolation. The "he" spoken of here is said to be the Holy Spirit by pre-tribulation believers, but "he" is actually Michael the Chief Prince and protector of Israel (Daniel 12:1) who will be removed from protecting Israel when she rebels. Israel at the moment is still protected so the beast is still held back. Second, Ezekiel shows us that "Gog" will lead his whole army, that is Meshech and Tubal or modern Russia (Ezekiel 38:4). He will also lead other nations along with his own hordes (38:5-6). Just as Michael is the chief prince of Israel, other nations have spirit chief princes, some good and some evil (Daniel 10:12-13 & 20-21). The greatest being Gog. Gog is not a man but the spiritual master (prince) of the Russian region (principality) who will be behind the beast (king). Therefore we can use the term beast synonymously with both the antichrist and Gog. The battle, however real it will be on earth, is a spiritual battle against these rulers and principalities (Ephesians 6:12). You said: Will you be bar-b-queing on the Fourth? My response: Is this question prophetic, brotherly or both? :) I hope this helps if not let me know. In the service of LORD Jesus, Randy |
