My response: I have found no difference in the Bible between fallen angels and demons, they are one and the same. It is the same comparison as Satan and the devil or Satan and the dragon, they are one and the same. Fallen angels belong to Satan and will be caste to earth after losing their battle in heaven in the end-times. There are chiefly two groups of angels: God's (Genesis 28:12) and Satan's (Revelation 12:7).

My response: There has been some attempt to connect the Nephilim (a race of giant men) to angels or other spirits, but the Bible refers to them as man and their offspring as men. To stay in the catagory 'mankind' the proginy would have to have two human parents. I see no scriptural link between demons and mankind.

My response: Scripture shows us that some demons are free to roam the earth while others are shut-up in the Abyss to be released later in the desolation (tribulation) to torture the wicked. They are wicked and are loyal to Satan. The ones who are free on earth fear the power of God because the Abyss is a real place for them, but they do not have understanding of the future because they are not indwelt by the Holy Spirit. Jesus refers to the prince of demons (Satan) while in Revelation 12 we see them referred to as 'his angels.' Sometimes people, in their quest for a deeper understanding, often 'strain out a gnat, but swallow a camel.'
